- PRE-ORDERS ARE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE IN DEVELOPMENT AND SUBJECT TO SHIFTING IN-STOCK DATES. TO SEE THE MOST UP TO DATE ESTIMATE ON PRODUCT ARRIVAL, VISIT THE PRODUCT PAGE.
- SUPERCOOL COLLECTIVE WILL NOT MODIFY, REROUTE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE PLACED.
- SUPERCOOL COLLECTIVE MAY CANCEL/REFUND ORDERS AT ANY TIME DUE TO STOCK LIMITATIONS, QUALITY PROBLEMS, INACCURATE INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMERS, FRAUD RISK ANALYSIS, OR ANY OTHER REASON.

Many of our products are collectible and have certain conditions under which they must be returned in order to keep their value. We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy, as stated below. Please note that by purchasing goods from Supercool Collective, you have agreed to the following terms.
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN POLICY
All sales are final at SupercoolCollective.com. The items we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted or hand-assembled. If your merchandise purchased SupercoolCollective.com has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken in half, has missing parts or missing accessories, etc.), please reach out to Supercool Customer Service immediately with photos, your name, your order number, and what is damaged. We will evaluate and make a decision. Supercool Collective does not guarantee product box/packaging. If the damage qualifies for an exchange, we will happily exchange it for a non-damaged item if one is available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternate item or full store credit for a future purchase. ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.
HOW TO MAKE AN APPROVED RETURN / EXCHANGE
For defective products purchased at SupercoolCollective.com, please contact Supercool Collective Customer Service at info@supercoolcollectibve.com within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt and provide the order number, reason for return and a return e-mail address. A Supercool Collective Customer Support Representative will evaluate your return request and contact you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) if your return is accepted.
Follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Support Representative, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!), and make sure to write your RAN on the outside of your box. Our Returns Department will refuse orders that are returned without an RAN. Once the return is received, you will be contacted via email and you will be given your refund/store credit or a replacement item will be sent to you.
PRICING POLICY
Supercool Collective reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
When the item is available for pre-order, there is a window of time to place an order for the item with a future fulfillment time that will be longer than the normal fulfillment time of an item that is in-stock. On the item page you will see the expected shipping date. For example, a pre-order for an item might start in December but not ship from Supercool Collective's warehouse until June.
Orders will not be fulfilled until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items. If an order has multiple pre-order items and those items have different shipping dates, the order will not ship until ALL pre-order items arrive. Orders will not be split.
Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change. Due to unforeseen issues with production and/or shipping, an item might be delayed or cancelled. If there are any changes or delays for an item you order, Supercool Collective Customer Service will notify you.
As with all Supercool Collective orders, once a pre-order is placed it cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer. Please review your information and the item description and FAQs before placing your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every attempt to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. If you do have any issues with your order, please contact Supercool Collective Customer Service.
